Got the Royal Marines Pre-joining Fitness Test (PJFA) coming up soon and want to pass it first time? Our PJFT training plan has a 100% pass rate everyone thats followed it has passed. We have taken lads from not being able to complete 1 round to completing 4 rounds before test day.
